Resumo
O credenciamento para serviços de saúde pode ter edital com vigência por prazo indeterminado, pois não se confunde com a duração dos contratos. A tese permite que novos interessados se habilitem a qualquer tempo, garantindo ampla rede assistencial. Na Lei 14.133/2021, o tema é regido pelo art. 79, que formaliza o credenciamento como inexigibilidade.
